Our commitment
Wand & Compass Travel Co. wants its website and planning resources to be welcoming and usable for as many people as possible. We are working to improve digital accessibility and to generally align the website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where practicable.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review the website as content, forms, technology, and accessibility guidance evolve.
What we are working on
Our accessibility efforts include attention to:
- Clear headings, labels, instructions, and link text.
- Keyboard access and visible focus states for interactive elements.
- Readable color contrast, text sizing, spacing, and responsive layouts.
- Alternative text for meaningful images.
- Form fields that can be understood by assistive technology.
- PDF planning guides and alternative ways to receive important guide information.
Third-party content and services
Some parts of the travel-planning experience use services or content provided by third parties, including Typeform, social platforms, embedded media, downloadable files, and travel-supplier websites. We do not control every aspect of those services, but we welcome reports of barriers and will try to provide an accessible alternative when reasonably possible.

Tell us the page or resource involved, the barrier you encountered, and the best way to contact you. Please do not include sensitive payment, passport, or medical information in an accessibility email.
We will review your message and make a reasonable effort to provide the information, service, or document in another format or through another communication method.
Feedback helps us improve
We welcome accessibility feedback. When reporting a problem, details such as the page address, device, browser, and assistive technology used can help us investigate, but they are not required.
