Founder & Lead ImagineerSarah founded Wand & Compass with one mission: to make magical family travel accessible, personal, and stress-free. She oversees the agency's vision, mentors every agent, and still personally plans trips for her own clients.
Lauren Hayes
Director of Training & CultureLauren built the Wayfinder Academy from the ground up. She designs every training module, coaches new agents through their Dreamer Journey, and ensures every Wayfinder is ready to deliver concierge-level magic.
